Step 1: Download New Hire Packet
The new hire packet contains information that we will need from you. This packet includes:
- Terms of Employment Agreement
- Form W-4: Employees Withholding Certificate
- Form I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification
Step 2: Fill out the forms
Please fill out the PDF forms and terms agreement.
If you have any questions, you can ask them in our Discord #new-hires channel.
Step 3: Gather certifications and identification
We will need:
- Copies of your CURRENT certifications that include LIFESAVING/CPR/FIRST-AID.
- Copy of your passport OR drivers license.
- Copy of your social security card.
